Product · NetAssist

NetAssist: assistance for service operations.

A prototype exploring how support and operations teams could organize requests, review relevant knowledge, and decide when to escalate.

Prototype / Under Development

Not presented as generally available for production use.

Support a decision, not an unchecked action.

Support requests often arrive without enough context. NetAssist explores classification and knowledge assistance so a reviewer can identify missing information and choose a next step. It is not described as certified ITIL software or autonomous incident resolution.

Illustrative workflow

A support request receives a suggested category and a relevant knowledge reference. A person checks the suggestion, asks for missing details, or escalates. This is a prototype scenario, not a customer case or a measured reduction in support work.
