Build a small capability. Test its boundaries.
Our development approach separates the business problem, a proposed workflow, and the evidence needed to judge whether software helps.
Research and build
Begin with the decision a user needs to make, the information available, and the cost of a mistake. A bounded prototype should make assumptions visible before adding more integrations or automation.
The intended architecture separates data collection, AI interpretation, user approval, execution, and outcome checks. These are design boundaries, not a statement that every product layer is implemented.
Test and validate
This website uses Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with type-check, lint, and production-build commands. Those checks assess the website code; they do not establish product accuracy or business results.
For product evaluation, useful checks include missing inputs, stale evidence, contradictory recommendations, failed integrations, and an action without approval. These are proposed validation criteria, not published test results.
Compare output with a reviewed reference and record failures before expanding access. Research questions describe what remains to be investigated.
